Voice recordings

Voice transcription is optional. When you use it, audio stays in your browser's memory only until it is sent for transcription, and is then discarded. We do not store audio files. The audio is sent as recorded, before our transcript PII check can run. Our transcription provider's own handling of the audio it receives is governed by its terms — see the relevant provider privacy information.

Shift logs and reflections

Kept for as long as your account is open, so they stay available across your whole programme. Delete any entry individually at any time from your history.

Account deletion

Deleting your account from Settings removes your profile, placements, shift logs, reflections, wellbeing check-ins, wins, mentor meetings, competencies, milestones, export records and consent records from the application database, and purges locally stored data from your browser. Anything still queued offline can also be cleared from Settings. This cannot be undone — export a PDF portfolio first if you want to keep your work.

Backups

Our hosting provider takes routine backups, so deleted content may persist in those backups, and in infrastructure logs or third-party systems, until they age out on those providers' own schedules. SoliWard does not control those schedules.
